Doors Open at 9AM

Open and Close. The Online Auction will open at 12 Noon on June 1st , 2023 and close at 12:30pm on June 17, 2023.

Registration opens on June 1st. By registering, you will receive a bid number and can bid anytime before the auction closes. You may also enter a credit card when you register to facilitate final checkout. Your credit card will not be billed until you check out to complete the sale on a winning bid.

We Can Ship! CCM supporters across the USA can participate in the on-line auction. If shipping is needed, CCM staff will contact the winning bidder to make arrangements.

Reserve Auction. On-Line bids will be reviewed near the close of the on-line auction. The Festival Committee reserves the right to move an item from the on-line auction to the live auction to be held on Saturday, June 17, 11:00 AM at the Camp of the Cross Fellowship Center. Items may be moved to the live auction if the on-line auction bids were significantly below the minimum price that the seller was willing to accept. The item may also be moved to the “Pass it On” option. Reserve prices are at the sole discretion of the committee.

Auction Changes. The festival Committee reserves the right to add or remove items from the online auction at any time without notice.

“Pass It On” Option. Do you have all the quilts you need but still want to participate and support CCM? Winning bidders have the option to donate their purchased item to Camp of the Cross Ministries so they can “Pass it on” to a charity, an individual in need, or our dedicated summer staff. The “Pass it On” option applies to both the on-line and live auction. You can select the “Pass it On” option when you check out to complete the sale on a winning bid. Past recipients of Pass it On” included the Minot Winter Men’s Refuge and area food pantries.

Tied Bids. In the case of two bidders placing the same maximum bid, the bid first received by the on-line auction will be deemed the leading bid.

Final Payment. All winning bidders will be notified with instructions about payment. The on-line auction accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express for payment.
